Enquire & Consultation Your first step to working with me is to fill out an enquiry form with as much detail as possible. We can then arrange our initial consultation, where we get to know each other! We will review your stationery questionnaire, cover any queries you have and information you need, discuss timeframes in mind and your visions for stationery.

Proposal and Quote After our call, I will provide you with a unique written proposal for your stationery, and an estimated quote for creating your dream pieces. If you approve the quote, we will finalise your booking with paperwork and a deposit. Once this is complete, you're officially booked in!

Optional Clarity call At the beginning of our production time, we will have a further (optional) fully detailed call to confirm the vision, aesthetic and illustrated elements of your stationery. This call will provide clarity on your stationery journey, and alleviate any ambiguity that may come with having multiple ideas in mind. This optional call is a wonderful addition to our time together. If you feel clear on the project ahead, we can delve straight into the illustration and design time of your design document and stationery accents without this call.

Design document If you were to think of your wedding as a brand, this is your brand package. This document is full of illustrated stationery accents and imagery I have created from our consultation. Adhering to all your preferences, and with a strong focus on the aesthetic, style, layout and feeling you hope to convey within your wedding stationery. Upon completion of this crucial step, we will join on a call to guarantee that you are happy with the progress of the design. approximately 3 weeks

First look Like all good things, creating your stationery takes time. At this stage I will come back to you with a potential design for your stationery, inspired by your design document, your feedback, and my expertise. You have full control over reviewing these pieces and can request revisions to the design, if necessary, to achieving 'the one' you've been searching for! Approximately 3 weeks.

Final Design I’ll come back to you with any amendments you have requested to the design. If you love it, we sign off! If you have any final tweaks, we fine tune. Your final invoice is due at this point, and secures the quality and attention to detail that your stationery deserves with luxury, professional grade printing, using trusted suppliers.

Production I am nothing if not meticulous with the production and Quality checking. This part involves the physical creation of your stationery, and hand sorting each piece, adding any final embellishments as requested. From wax seals or embossing, all the way to a full addressed service, if you opt for this. 1+ week, depending on design specifics

Delivery Delivery of your full stationery suite is completed by tracked courier. If you have opted for the full addressed finish, each invitation will be sent to their individual recipient by Royal Mail.
